How long does it take to ship and order out?
All orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to make, so please remember when ordering that there will be a wait.
How much for shipping?
Domestic shipping ranges around $5-$12
International shipping ranges from $17- $30

Do you ship internationally?
(currently not sending internationally for the holidays)
No, I only sell to the US and CANADA. I no longer sell internationally due to new tax laws and too many orders getting lost through customs.
How often do you restock?
I try my best to have anywhere from 3-4 restocks a month and occasionally I’ll throw in a few surprise restocks, so remember to keep post notifications on Instagram to snag a sweater from a surprise restock.
How do I find out when the restocks are?
I make all restock updates on my Instagram, I provide live countdowns you can follow so you wont miss out on the restocks! If you do not have Instagram I also provide restock dates listed in the title of each listing for when that item will be restocked.
What time are your retocks?
All my restocks are usually at 1:00 pm PST.
Is there any way to request re-stocks?
I do not take requests.
Do you do pre-orders?
Technically all my restocks are considered pre-orders. All sweaters are made to order.
Do you take custom orders?
I currently do not offer custom orders. I'm too busy at the moment to accept custom orders.
Do you offer color changes for designs?
I currently do not offer color changes due to the fact that I can carry only a certain amount of inventory but if a certain color is out of stock I will usually offer a new color for that design.
What if my sweater doesn’t fit?
There is a 14 day policy for any exchanges or refunds/cancelations. Anything past that time will not be approved.
For exchanges, clothes must not be worn and must have original tags.
NO EXCHANGES FOR HOODIES.
What size do I get?
I supply a size chart on each individual listing. All sweaters are unisex, so they run a tad bigger but “comfy big” so I would order true to size.
What if something was wrong with my order?
please send me an email and we will come up with a solution to fix the issue.
What if my sweater was ruined during shipping?
Unfortunately, as soon as the sweater is sent out I do not hold any liability for damages, lost or stolen items. I offer insurance for only 98 cents at check out, so please remember to click and register for the insurance so you’re covered. If you have any questions about the insurance, please follow that page for FAQ’s.
