Please remember every country has different custom fee laws, I am NOT responsible for any custom fees and remember to check what they are for your country!

unfortunately due to custom fees we do not except returns/exchanges outside of the US. If there any missing items within your order, a refund will be available for the following items.
We do except exchanges! There is a 7 day exchange policy, you will have up to 7 days to reach out to exchange items. Any additional shipping cost will be proved by the customer. clothes must NOT be worn and must have original tags.
Ordered the wrong size? no worries if your order has not been shipped yet you have up to 7 days to change the size! after 7 days your order has already been put into production we can not change it and the wait time to change it after the 7 day period will be an additional 2 weeks due to the re order of a new size!

what route shipping insurance covers
A broken/damaged product is unusable. This can include items that are clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
Covers any packages that are stuck "in transit" Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments and 20 days for international shipments.
If an order is being reported as anything other than delivered for an unreasonable amount of time, we can safely conclude that the item is lost. For example, you purchased 3-day shipping and it's been over a week in-transit.
If a scan was missed, the package was misplaced, or simply did not ship, it is unlikely that the status will change to delivered. At this point, we can step in to help give the best next steps!
